What happens if I need to break the lease early?

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, renter's insurance is required. For details, please contact our leasing office.

How much notice is needed before moving out?

All leases require a 60 day notice to vacate. Please contact leasing office for additional questions.

What Cable/Internet Providers are available?

When is rent due and how do I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid by the 5th, late fees equal to 10% of the monthly rent will begin to accrue starting on the 6th. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions regarding your account or payment options.

Do you give any discounts to local employers?

Does your community offer furnished apartments?

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

Is there in-unit laundry?

All apartment homes in the community include in-home laundry appliances. For more information regarding our apartment home features, please visit our Features & Amenities page, or contact the leasing office.

What appliances are included?

All apartment homes will include the following appliances: refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. For more information regarding what is included in each apartment home, check out our Features and Amenities page.

Is there air conditioning/heating?

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Are there ceiling fans?

Yes, ceiling fans are available and located in the bedroom. For information regarding apartment home features, please visit the Features & Amenities page.

Community Amenities

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

Yes, parking is available throught the community. The C2, C2A, C3, D1, and D1A homes include attached garages. If your home does not include an attached garage, detached garages are available to rent for $225 per month, and street parking is also available throughout the community. Please contact the leasing office for current garage availability.

Is there a gym, pool, or common area?

Yes! Our community offers the privacy and space of single-family homes and townhomes while also featuring a thoughtfully curated community amenity package. Residents enjoy access to a fitness center, resort-style pool, and a resident clubhouse with lounge areas, TVs, and games. It's the perfect balance of private living and a connected community, giving you your own home and backyard while enjoying amenities designed to enhance your everyday lifestyle.

Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?

Yes! Residents can reserve the clubhouse for private events outside of normal business hours. The rental fee is $300 for up to four hours. Please contact the leasing office for availability, reservation details, and current rental policies.

Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?

Yes! We welcome up to two pets per home. A $200 pet deposit, $300 non-refundable pet fee, and $25 monthly pet rent apply per pet. All pets must be registered through PetScreening, which requires a $30 annual fee per pet. Breed restrictions may apply. Please contact the leasing office for additional details about our pet policy.

Are there EV charging stations?

Yes, our community offers residents EV Charging Stations within the community. Rates and availability are subject to change based on demand. Please contact the leasing office for current EV charging station availability.

Yes! Our community is conveniently located off Highway 969 in Bastrop, TX, offering easy access to everyday essentials while still enjoying the charm of small-town living. You'll find nearby destinations like H-E-B, Colony Oaks Elementary, Bastrop Middle School, and Bastrop High School, along with local restaurants, shops, and parks. With its historic downtown, local boutiques, and year-round community events, Bastrop is a welcoming town that's easy to call home.

Roommates & Occupancy

What is the roommate policy?

Anyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application, be approved and be added to the lease. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.

Is there a maximum number of occupants?

Yes. Our occupancy policy allows up to two adults per bedroom, plus one child under the age of two. If you have questions about household size, roommates, or specific leasing requirements, please contact the leasing office for more information.

Can guests stay over, and for how long?

Guests are always welcome; however, anyone not listed on the lease may not stay in the home for more than two days in any one week or more than four days in any one month without prior written approval from management. If you have questions about the guest policy or need approval for an extended stay, please contact the leasing office.

Is there guest parking available?

Guest parking is available at the community; additional requirements, time limits, or restrictions may apply depending on community guidelines. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
