Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid by the 5th, late fees equal to 10% of the monthly rent will begin to accrue starting on the 6th. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions regarding your account or payment options.

Community Amenities

Yes, parking is available throught the community. The C2, C2A, C3, D1, and D1A homes include attached garages. If your home does not include an attached garage, detached garages are available to rent for $225 per month, and street parking is also available throughout the community. Please contact the leasing office for current garage availability.
Yes! Our community offers the privacy and space of single-family homes and townhomes while also featuring a thoughtfully curated community amenity package. Residents enjoy access to a fitness center, resort-style pool, and a resident clubhouse with lounge areas, TVs, and games. It's the perfect balance of private living and a connected community, giving you your own home and backyard while enjoying amenities designed to enhance your everyday lifestyle.
Yes! Residents can reserve the clubhouse for private events outside of normal business hours. The rental fee is $300 for up to four hours. Please contact the leasing office for availability, reservation details, and current rental policies.
Yes! We welcome up to two pets per home. A $200 pet deposit, $300 non-refundable pet fee, and $25 monthly pet rent apply per pet. All pets must be registered through PetScreening, which requires a $30 annual fee per pet. Breed restrictions may apply. Please contact the leasing office for additional details about our pet policy.

Roommates & Occupancy

Anyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application, be approved and be added to the lease. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.
Yes. Our occupancy policy allows up to two adults per bedroom, plus one child under the age of two. If you have questions about household size, roommates, or specific leasing requirements, please contact the leasing office for more information.
Guests are always welcome; however, anyone not listed on the lease may not stay in the home for more than two days in any one week or more than four days in any one month without prior written approval from management. If you have questions about the guest policy or need approval for an extended stay, please contact the leasing office.
